Magic Shield.
To grant some resistance against getting inflicted with Blitz-activating statuses. ("15-20% reduction chance in being inflicted" would be fair enough)
However, as Taiga General has this ability as well, it would be nice to make TG have a lower level of Magic Shield which would not resist negative statuses while the rest (i.e. Steel Executioner, Aranyani, evo'd cards who get this skill) would get this negative status resistance benefit.
Somehow a difficult move to implement...
Chain Attack.
To ignore any Ice Shield, Parry and Dodge on SECONDARY targets.
Situation 1: Griffon Dancer attacks a Moss Dragon. Moss Dragon X is protected by Parry but the other Moss Dragons will suffer the damage inflicted on Moss Dragon X multiplied by Chain Attack value.
Situation 2: Christmas Treant attacks Ice Shield Behemoth. Ice Shield Behemoth will only suffer the damage Ice Shield allows. Other Behemoths will get the same damage multiplied by Chain Attack value.
Confusion.
To make this crowd control more viable on 5-star cards, I would suggest they get a variant that inflicts Confusion on up to 3 targets similar to a tier-2 elemental spell. (May need renaming)
Confusion itself is like Trap with the added possibility of direct damage to enemy hero.
This would at least give Everglade Mermaid and Marsh Devourer some trademark utility.
Plague.
Increase Plague's base value to 15 to differentiate its impact on the battlefield from Group Weaken instead doing negligible debuffs.
This would further establish the viability Venus Soultrap/Zombie Dragon swarm decks.
Blight.
Simply remove from any current and future 4- and 5-star cards and replace with buffed Plague as above if ever implemented.
Anti-Kingdom Barrier skills.
I, for one, think that these skills are made to counter anti-kingdom power-up skills which are freely available to all cards when evolved.
By doing so, they will make those who possess the Barrier skills more viable. More on Prince of the Forest and Winged Exile since Goblin Engineer and Taiga Archon are very depressing with their innate abilities.
The current Barrier skills offer no protection whatsoever to these cards as they further reduce damage from those that they will already be strong against.
I suggest to adjust the Barrier skills to protect the card from their respective anti-kingdom power-up abilities.
Example:
Winged Exile's Volcano Barrier will now reduce physical damage (includes Snipe and Retaliation?) from Tundra cards who can possess Mountain Glacier.
Prince of the Forest's Jungle Barrier will now protect against Forest Fire cards from Mountain faction.
Taiga Archon's Glacial Barrier will allow him to face Swamp cards with Arctic Pollution.
Goblin Engineer's Marsh Barrier will enable him to face Forest cards with Swamp Purity.
